Ethical  is doing  the  right  thing . I  think  that  some  people  think  that  if  it was   OK  this  time , they  are  go in  to  continue  to  do  it . And  that  is  unethical to  do  that  .  If  you  do it  and  you  do  not  knew  you do  not  supposed  to you  have  to  say   because  you  though  that  was   the   right  thing  to  do  ,and  do  not   do  it  again .

                 I  think  what   they  say  is  right   but  I   have  something  to  add .  They  try  to  say it   but  they  could  not  find  the  words .  It  is  that  when   you  are  with  the  unethical   you  may  become one  of  them .  When  you make the  decision  to  stay  there  you  may  have  consciences.

      I  think  that   if  you   have  to  be  ethical   and  have  integrity like  they  say   so  others   can  trait  you  like  you  want  to  be trait  . It  is  some  times  hard  but   when  you  do  it  well   you  feel  good  . I  feel  proud  of  me  when  I   do  it  .  The  more  you  give  , the  more  you  reside  ,and  the  more  you  feel  save  .

          I  think Tina  should  not  put  personal  thinks  in  her  email . She  did  wrong  but  she  may  got  a  good  lesson  out  of  there  .  She  should   by  more  responsible   and   do  not   do  that  again .
